MELFILD LLC ("Melfild", "we") trades textiles, clothing, footwear, cosmetics and perfume, tableware, cleaning goods, household electronics, auto parts, machinery and other goods wholesale, and acts as a trade agent. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Retail customers
Shop owners' and managers' contacts, shop addresses, orders, invoices and payment history.
3. Suppliers and principals
Contacts of manufacturers and principals we represent, contracts and correspondence.
4. Product safety
We keep records of which batches of cosmetics, electronics and other goods were delivered to which shops, to support recalls.
5. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (tax, product safety), legitimate interests (credit control, sales planning).
6. Recipients
Carriers, banks, manufacturers for warranty and recalls, authorities where required. We do not sell personal data.
7. Retention
- Contracts and invoices: as required by law.
- Batch records: 3 years.
8. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
